Deep Lake No.2 | Both wells were drilled and completed in target zones ranging from 13,600 feet for the #1 well to 14,300 feet for the #2 well. Due to the impact of Hurricane Rita, pipeline connects were significantly delayed. These connections were completed during the second quarter of 2006 and both wells are now flowing commercial quantities of natural gas. Both wells have untapped upper zones which are estimated to contain substantial additional reserves. (7/07) |

| Barnett Shale play area | McCoy No.2 | Well completed and the Operator reported good gas and oil shows. Well initially produced primarily oil with limited gas, however gas flows have increased over time. The well is currently producing but has experienced mechanical issues that have caused production to vary significantly. The Operator continues to address these issues while attempting to produce the well. (7/07) |
